Refund policy

Monarch Healthcare (Division of Monarch Surgical Industries) is an emerging platform where one can choose his desired commodity from n number of items being listed on the website. Our shipping is across pan India, and in addition to this, on administering the pin-code, if it gets accepted by our logistics department, our product will reach your doorstep.

It is to be noted that the products will be dispatched once the order is confirmed by the consignee along with the necessary details like proper address with pin-code and landmark along with the registered mobile number. Orders are only not delivered from the company to the courier partners on Sundays and government holidays.

We align with our courier services to deliver the order as soon as possible as we serve our customers. We render our services to the best of our ability and any delay caused will be notified.

The company will not be held responsible for any wrong mentioned address at the time of placing the order or any faulty number. The company will also not bear any charges for delaying orders by postal/courier services.
In exceptional cases of hazards or natural calamities, a prior message will be conveyed by the team on the mailing address and a phone call will be made for the same.

How to track my order?
When the order will be placed and upon confirmation, a mail will be generated for the same on the email address provided and a message will also be conveyed on the registered mobile number. Upon receiving the tracking ID, the status of the order can be traced. For further assistance, you can visit our site chose ‘My Orders’ for tracking. For any further assistance, our team will be available during working hours.

Cancellation Policy-
Our company Monarch Healthcare follows all the guidelines strictly when it comes to healthcare services. We cannot compromise with the aspects of our consumers as we believe in serving our best. We, therefore, abide by Liberal Cancellation Policy. This so means that the order can only be cancelled within 4 hours of its placement. Additionally to this, the cancellation of an order will only be made by the person concerned followed by all the protocols. We will not cancel the order once it is shipped or if the cancellation is initiated to the middlemen, vendor, merchants, etc. you will receive an OTP for cancellation followed by a message on the registered number.

Replacement Policy-
Since we work in close proximity to the healthcare department, any product will only be considered for replacement upon inspection. Once it is approved by our team, the order can be replaced. In cases of exception, those orders will not be replaced whose prior information would be given at the time of order placement.

Orders will only be replaced within 7 working days of placing along with a genuine reason for the same. If you feel that there is a disparity between the product shown on the website and what is delivered, kindly bring it to the notice of the team within 7 working days and our team will work on it in such a way that our customers move in satisfaction.

Since we always work for customer orientation, any change in color or size or such specification will be made and the product will be replaced and re-delivered within the specified time period.

Return policy-

The amount will be returned in the same mode of payment. In cases of cash, the amount will be returned to the account within specified working days. It is to be made clear that the shipment charges will be deducted from the final amount reimbursed as shipping costs are non-refundable.

In cases of any discrepancies from our side, we assure to return the exact amount as soon as possible which means 100% return guaranteed. We have worked and will always work for our nation and thus abide by the rules and regulations of our nation.

For any return, it is mandatory that the product should be in proper condition with the tag intact with it. It should not be used in any condition. Exchange or return should be made within 7 working days and with genuine reason.

The managing committee can take any steps as per the laws of the company and the nation in cases of return/replacement and is not answerable for the same.

 

In case of requests for order cancellations, Monarchhealthcare reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. For you to cancel an order, there is a time period of 24 hours from the time you place the order. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount within 6-7 working days.
